How is PP FDY yarn added?

PP FDY yarn can be elastic, and there are three main types of finished products after elastic, and the specific methods are as follows.

The raw material of PP FDY yarn plus elastic can be POY (pre-oriented wire), it can also be FDY (full draft wire), or it can be a combination of the first two raw materials. The processing method is much the same due to different types of ammunition machines; That is, there must be a process of drafting, heating, twisting and untwisting. After this process, it has different names because of the following factors:

1. High elastic wire (also called shrink wire) : It is a product that does not hit the network after adding elastic, but the heater is shaped, and the shrinkage effect is naturally generated, and the residual torque is larger. It is suitable for twisting after the project, using the shrinkage effect of the silk itself, weaving to produce a stretch cloth.

2. Low elastic wire: After adding elastic, and then through the heater, so that the molecular orientation of the silk is more flat and stable, there is no residual torque. Suitable for inclusion of ammonia, or high twist, high count, high-density fabric.

3. Network silk: After the elastic, and then through the network to the network point, so that the bunching of silk is better, conducive to direct weaving.
